Tensions continue to build between the U.S. and Iran, following the signing into Iranian law of the bill designating all U.S. troops in the Middle East as terrorists. Iran has claimed it will defy U.S. restriction on its sale of oil and that any clashes in the Gulf should be blamed on Washington.
