19-year-old reverses over a 80-year-old woman on her phone

In Yekaterinburg, a 19-year-old driver hit an elderly woman talking on the phone - the incident happened yesterday, April 30, at a parking lot in the city.

A woman with bags stopped near the trunk of someone else's car to talk on the phone. A minute later, the driver decided to leave and passed backwards, without looking in the rearview mirror.

After hitting a woman, the driver still passed back, pushing the gas harder, probably having decided that he had run into some insignificant obstacle.

Despite the old age, the victim got off with a bruise of the chest. The culprit of the accident - a 19-year-old driver with little driving experience - will incur administrative liability and pay a fine.
