“Liberation Heroes: The Last Eye Witnesses” (7 p.m., Discovery): Marking Holocaust Remembrance Day, also known as Yom HaShoah, this documentary film highlights heroic veterans as they vividly share their World War II liberation experiences in their own words, drawing clear parallels between the past and the present.
“2019 Billboard Music Awards” (8 p.m., NBC): Kelly Clarkson hosts the annual trophy-fest, which celebrate chart-topping acts and their songs. Among the performers are Madonna and Maluma, who will combine on their new single “Medellín.” Also: Mariah Carey is honored with the Icon Award.
“Riverdale” (8 p.m., The CW): Betty takes matters into her own hands after learning some unsettling news about her father. Mary (guest star Molly Ringwald) grows concerned by Archie’s desire to take boxing to the next level. Elsewhere, Cheryl runs into a roadblock during her campaign for prom queen, while Jughead and Betty’s plan to confront the Gargoyle King takes an unexpected turn.
“SEAL Team” (10 p.m., CBS): The tension between Jason and Ray comes to a head, and Lisa faces her final test in officer candidate school.

“Knock Down the House” (Netflix): This inspiring documentary tracks the grassroots campaigns of four progressive female Congressional candidates who sought to change the balance of power during the historic 2018 midterm elections. They include Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Amy Vilela of Nevada, Cori Bush of Missouri, and Paula Jean Swearengin of West Virginia. All were charismatic outsiders who challenged powerful male incumbents. (Spoiler alert: Only Ocasio-Cortez wins.) The film captured two major prizes at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival.
“The Act” (Hulu): In the season finale of the true-crime series (“Free”), Gypsy fights for her life by defending her actions, while Mel and Lacey realize that behind closed doors things were not always as they seemed. Patricia Arquette, Joey King and Chloë Sevigny star.
