Canadian man armed with cooking tongs needs Aussie friend to remove critter

A duo residing in Sydney, Australia came across a dead spider but the Canadian male was having trouble with the critter so enlisted his Aussie friend to help.

In the video, filmed April 24, the scared Canadian makes multiple attempts to remove the dead spider but recoils in horror every time.

Eventually, the Aussie has to step in with the tongs and show him how it's done, by swiftly moving the carcass and proceeding to chase him out of the room with it in clasped in the utensil.

Comments online suggest they have since been training on insect removal, saying: "[We've] got the method down to 50/50 success rate."
