Labour wants to help Mayor Marvin Rees set-up a Bristol-run bus company

Bristol Live - A future Labour government would give Bristols mayor the cash needed to run a city-owned bus company.

Andy McDonald, Labours shadow transport secretary, said fresh funding announced by the opposition party could be put towards creating a city-run bus franchise or municipal, the type operated in places like Nottingham and Reading.
