Tesco Clubcard holders can now DOUBLE the value of points to spend at Tesco Mobile
TESCO Clubcard members can now double the value of their points to spend at Tesco Mobile as the supermarket adds the mobile network to its popular loyalty scheme.
The new Tesco Mobile reward lets shoppers turn their Clubcard vouchers into Tesco Mobile partner vouchers worth double their value.
In other words, every 50p worth of Clubcard points will become £1 in vouchers to spend at Tesco Mobile.
These can then be used to save on your monthly phone bill or a SIM only deal.
But the offer is lower than many of Tesco’s other rewards, which let you triple the value of your Clubcard points.
Until last year, you could even get up to four times the value in rewards at some partners – and customers were furious when Tesco made the change.
How to reclaim lost Clubcard points
MOST people lose or forget their Tesco voucher but it's easy to claim back up to two years or unused vouchers.
The supermarket doesn’t remind you of vouchers that you have leftover, so it’s up to you to check.
Log into the Tesco Clubcard website and check for unspent vouchers.
You’ll see a tab saying “my vouchers” and this will list the ones you still have to spend.
You can print the vouchers to use them in store or note down the number and visit the Boost website to exchange them.
You collect Clubcard points by shopping at Tesco, where you’ll get one point for every £1 spent and each Clubcard point is then worth 1p.
Once the supermarket sends you your points vouchers, you then need to head to the Clubcard website or app to turn these into vouchers – such as for Tesco Mobile.
The app is available both for iPhone and Android users.

“Our loyal customers can now access brilliant savings and reduce the cost of their monthly mobile bill just by doing their weekly shop.”
Of course, just because you can use Clubcard points it doesn’t mean Tesco Mobile is the best provider for you.
The provider uses the O2 network and sells plans from £7.50 a month. But use a comparison service to find out the best plans and handsets for your usage before signing up.
