Todd is from Ontario and is currently enrolled at Findlay Prep in Vegas. Looks like the big guys are starting to notice him. He's got a mix of high major and small school offers.
Looks like he can take the ball to the hoop for sure. Not seeing a lot of outside shooting in the mixtape.
