New York Yankees shortstop Troy Tulowitzki found an unlikely pair of fans as he stepped up to the plate for the Tampa Tarpons on Tuesday, April 30. Tulowitzki, who was playing an injury rehabilitation game with the Tarpons, hit a home run in the first inning of the game against the Charlotte StoneCrabs at George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, Florida, under the watchful eye of two stuffed giraffes. The California native didn’t let the pressure get to him as he scored from second base on a third-inning hit from a teammate. The Tarpons went on to win the game 6-4. Credit: Matt Polek via Storyful
