Need help finding Fuji Jari cable fairing

The parts bag from my 2018 Fuji Jari frameset has gone walkabout since I purchased it in the late fall of 2017. I'm just now getting around to put it together and found two places where a cable enters or exits the frame that look to need some sort of fairing. I assume these are in the missing parts bag. Do any of you know what's missing and how I might obtain these? I've written directly to Fuji and called a couple of Fuji deals without luck. It's frustrating to be held up by a few cents worth of plastic:( Below are pictures of the locations that seem to need an added fairing. Thanks for any informed replies!
