GARDEN CITY, Kan. - The annual KCAC Championships took place Monday and Tuesday of this week, at the Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in Garden City. The Threshers came into the three-round tournament in seventh place of the nine KCAC teams, after the first leg of the conference championships back in March. Being led by Parker Austin (JR/Derby, Kan.) and Connor Mickens (SR/Meridian, Kan.) on Day 1, the Threshers overtook Southwestern for sixth place and were able to hold onto it during Day 2.
