Student, 20, drives away from court just minutes after ban for dangerous driving
A MOTORIST was banned for badly hurting a mum in a crash — then drove from court in the same car.
Student Saif Shaikh, 20, hit the pedestrian as she went to visit a son in permanent hospital care.
Shaikh admitted causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Judge Timothy Smith gave him an interim ban ahead of sentencing.
Yet he left Manchester crown court in the VW Golf he drove during last November’s smash.
Moments after being handed a interim disqualification ahead of his sentencing he was spotted walking 50 yards to the car park and driving off.
