William Barr calls Mueller's letter about summary 'snitty'

During questioning by Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Attorney General William Barr called special counsel Robert Mueller's letter about Barr's summary of the Mueller report "snitty" and said it was "probably written by one of his staff people."
