DICKINSON, N.D. – Dakota State (S.D.) racked up 54 points to hold a second-place after the first day of the 2019 North Star Athletic Association Women's Outdoor Track & Field Conference Championships at Biesiot Activities Center Thursday afternoon.  The conference meet is hosted by Dickinson State (N.D.), who is holding a commanding lead for first place after tallying 75 points.
