Seattle says more hate crimes are being reported to police

SEATTLE (AP) - A new report says the number of hate crimes being reported has risen in Washington state's largest city.

KING-TV reports that Seattle police received 521 hate crime reports in 2018 compared to 106 reports in 2012.
