The Week contest: Spy whale

This week's question: Norwegian fisherman recently found a tame Beluga whale wearing a camera harness stamped with "Equipment of St. Petersburg." Officials suspect the creature escaped from a secret Russian military facility. If Hollywood were to make a thriller about a whale that spies for the Kremlin, what would the film be called?
