Mother ‘who murdered her two sleeping kids tries to kill herself in jail’
A mother accused of killing her two teenage children while they slept tried to kill herself in jail.
Amy Hall, 38, was rushed from a prison in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to a hospital in serious condition, authorities said Friday.
Hall was charged with murdering her children, Kayson, 18 and Kloee Toliver, 16, who she reportedly shot in the head as they slept at their home in Beggs, Oklahoma on November 1, 2018.
She also allegedly shot her youngest child, Nikole, 14, who survived and took the pistol from her mother’s hand.
According to a police affidavit obtained by KTUL, Hall ‘indicated she believed her ex-husband (father of the children) had been engaged in a sexual relationship with all of the children and “some part of me thought I was saving them.”’
Her claims against her ex-husband, Gennaro Toliver, have not been proven.
Hall has also said that she is ‘so sorry for what she (did),’ according to the Wichita Eagle.

In the two years leading up to the shooting, Hall and Toliver had been fighting for custody of their children.
Toliver accused her of being mentally unstable and said she had been psychologically abusive to the children.
She has remained in jail since her arraignment and was charged with assaulting another inmate in March.
