Chelsea starlet Musonda eyed by Vitesse on another season-long loan transfer
VITESSE ARNHEM want Charly Musonda back next season despite his injury woes, according to reports.
The Chelsea youngster, 22, was crocked during a friendly for the Dutch side and has sat out the entire season.
But Goal insist Vitesse, who have a good relationship with the Blues, will able another loan offer.
Musonda was signed from Anderlecht’s academy but has failed to kick on during loan spells at Real Betis and Celtic.
And his injury struggles this season have further set back his development.
Chelsea’s transfer ban means they may have to turn to their loan crop for reinforcements.
The Blues had 49 players on short-term deals this campaign and Maurizio Sarri has hinted that a few of them have impressed him.
Their £58m signing Christian Pulisic has lost his place at Dortmund to Jadon Sancho, but has scored five goals and added three assists in limited appearances.
He should slot straight into the side – especially if Eden Hazard joins Real Madrid.
