Brewer AB Inbev plans to spin off its Asian brewing arm in a blockbuster float to cut its debts 

The brewer behind Becks, Budweiser and Corona, which previously bought British drinks group SAB Miller, will list the division in Hong Kong in a deal which could reportedly be worth at least £3.8bn.
