Acute water crisis is looming over Ghaziabad and Noida as the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) plans to shift Ganga water pipeline from Dasna to Pratap Vihar during its course of work on that stretch of Delhi-Meerut Expressway (DME) from Sunday.
