In the penultimate phase of polling, BJP on Sunday will look at gains in West Bengal and will seek to minimise losses in states where it performed at saturation-level the last time around. While BJP is seen as well placed in Haryana and Bihar, a divided opposition in Delhi has given it a strong opening for the second time in a row.
