Any medical experts?

All jokes aside here, I need some perspective.

It's going to take me a while to get a doctors appointment and I don't think it's a case for hospital. But the last 24 hours or so have been weird for me and I'm not sure what's going on.

Went to bed Friday night as normal and apart from feeling tired, everything was fine.

Woke up 3am Saturday literally shaking quite violently. I wasn't cold in any way but no matter how hard i tried to calm down, I couldn't stop shaking for about half an hour.

Eventually I went to bed again at 4am.

From 4am until 2am last night I've been virtually sleeping the whole time apart from midday yesterday where I moved from bed to sofa. Until just now when I've had breakfast, I didn't eat a thing during that time since Friday night yet I had no appetite.

I felt as lethargic as if I had a bad cold yet apart from a mild headache, I had no other symptoms, no blocked nose or sore throat.

It almost felt how I've felt with food poisoning before but yet I didn't throw up or even feel nauseous.

It was essentially just 24 hours of being in aches and pains and with almost no energy to do the most simple tasks.

Today I feel slightly better.

But I've got a huge swollen gland on my left cheek/neck that's bloody painful.

Any ideas please?
