Boxing ace Mark Duncan rushed to hospital after brutal KO ‘left him having seizure twitching on canvas before being stretchered out’
BOXER Mark Duncan has sparked serious health concerns after reportedly being carried off on a stretcher and taken to hospital after a brutal KO.
The American was fighting Kevin Womack Jr when he felt the full force of a right hook to the face in the second round.
Those in attendance claim he was knocked out before he even hit the canvas.
Landing face first, Duncan apparently suffered a seizure as medics rushed to his aid.
The 32-year-old was then wheeled off on a stretcher and taken to hospital to receive further treatment.
It is unclear of his condition following the fight on Saturday night.
Boxing journalist Dan Rafael labelled the punch as “one of the most massive KOs I have ever seen.”
He said: “In 1st fight Kevin Womack Jr just scored one of the most massive KOs I have ever seen in my life.

“One shot in rs 2 & Mark Duncan fell in slow mo face first. He’s still out cold, being taken out on a stretcher. Seemed to be having a seizure.”
Another journalist Jonathan Leir added: “Mark Duncan wheeled off in stretcher. Knocked out cold on his feet and fell facedown. Immediate twitching and emergency attention.”
Duncan had previously won three out of his first four fights before his latest setback.
