Scotland U19 international Charlie Gilmour is being released at the end of this season by Arsenal, as confirmed by the Scottish Sun.
As such, an excellent opportunity has opened up for Glasgow Rangers to sign the Ibrox fan on a free transfer.

I would not be surprised if Steven Gerrard decided to take the Rangers fan and midfield player to Ibrox.
