A delegation of Assam Congress Legislature Party (ACLP) here on Sunday submitted a memorandum to Prateek Hajela, state coordinator of National Register Of Citizens (NRC), regarding the harassment faced by religious and linguistic minorities during the NRC claims and objections process.
