fitting that it is made today after we've now seen multiple examples of how it's done from both extremes of the spectrum. as painful as it is
spending the big money on the top players (Barça, city, liverpool)
recruiting shrewdly and developing your own (Spurs, Ajax)
above all else those teams actually have a PLAN. an actual PLAN. as much as we like or don't like them at least you can see what they are doing. and i don't just mean tactically on the field.
