Help which Miyata is this, potential granddaughter bike

Came across this and liked the color, a definite plus for a granddaughter. But also the fame materials, a little better than most with 1040 fork and CrMo tubing in the main frame, or, is this a difference without meaning as they are both CrMo and/or both likely 1040 as I don't see that the CrMo is noted to be double butted or as the case can be with Miyata triple butted. I'm looking for that sweet spot where you're in the 25lb range for the bike as opposed to the 30lb range.
