And Blues’ Italian chief suggested the goalless draw at Leicester is likely to be his last in the Prem.
Sarri said: “Hazard has been a great player for Chelsea, it’s time to accept his decision.”
Pushed further on what decision that is, Sarri said:”I don’t know, I’m just the head coach.”
Hazard was seen blowing kisses and waving to the away fans at the King Power Stadium in what appeared to be a farewell.
The brilliant Belgian has been Chelsea’s star man ever since joining the club from Lille in 2012.
And this season was his best yet, statistically, with Hazard picking up the Prem trophy for most assists.
He was involved in 31 goals for Blues in the league with 15 assists and 16 strikes.
A draw against the Foxes was enough to confirm a third-place finish after Tottenham were held by Everton.

But after a turbulent first campaign in England, Sarri was asked about his own future.
The former Napoli boss, who’s guided Chelsea to a Europa League final against Arsenal, said the club’s target this season was reaching the Champions League.
Sarri added that he had enjoyed his first season in the Premier League and wants to stay.
