Best horse racing tips for today’s action at Wolverhampton, Musselburgh, Kempton and Windsor from Tom Bull
A big weekend of action has my pulse racing ahead of the York Dante meeting this week and I can’t wait for it to get started.
Until then there’s some nice action to get stuck into, and I’ve swept a comb through Monday’s cards.
Wolves
4.30 Gravistas – Mark Johnston is in wonderful form and his three-year-old should take some stopping off an opening mark of 77.
He’s final two runs last season were promising and he should excel now stepped up to 1m4f.
This isn’t a great race and he could have too much potential for his rivals.

Windsor 6.50 – Bye Bye Hong Kong
Musselburgh
3.05 Kupa River – Was well-backed at this track last time and duly did the business, building on his two wins earlier in the season.
Roger Fell has his five-year-old in the form of his life and a 6lb rise for that emphatic success is palatable.
He’s still well-treated on his old form and should have enough in the tank to strike again.
Kempton
3.15 Kilcara – It’s difficult to know if Kilcara would have won last time if the favourite hadn’t made a horlicks of the last, but he had the rest well beaten and should make a bold bid once again.
He’s the only one of the quintet in good form and a 7lb penalty should be negotiable considering conditions are ideal once again.
Windsor
6.50 Bye Bye Hong Kong – Three-year-old takes on his elders and as a consequence receives a massive amount of weight from all three of his rivals.
He doesn’t have much to find on ratings, so officially he should be winning this with a bit in hand.
A win at Chelmsford last time shows he’s in good heart, and although this is much harder he could well be progressive enough to do it.
