People disgusted after bride-to-be shows off engagement ring made out of her fiancé’s HAIR
PEOPLE are reeling in horror after a bride-to-be flaunted her engagement ring – made of human hair.
The woman shared her delight online after her boyfriend proposed, using a very unorthodox ring.
The man decided to make a ring out of his own hair which he presented to his girlfriend, who was over the moon to receive such a personal token of his love.
The unnamed woman wrote: “My boyfie is now my fiancé!
“He proposed with a ring made from a lock of his OWN HAIR.
“This is a placeholder, until my more intricately woven band is done.”
Her post was littered with emojis, including a bride and groom and a church.
The post has since gone viral and made its way onto a Facebook group, That’s It, I’m Ring Shaming: Can’t Stop Won’t Stop, where people roasted the unique ring.
One person said: “Did she pull his hair from the drain and just wrap it around her finger? Does he even know they are engaged?”
Someone else commented: “She said more intricately woven. Omfg is there another hair ring coming?! Gold is Not woven.”
A third said: “Boyfie? Also, no matter how much I love the dude I don’t think I’d ever in a million years wear his hair on my finger.”
Somebody questioned: “Hair from what part of his body?”
This person simply wrote: “Why just why.”
Another added: “Wasn’t there a weird guy in a movie that made a hair doll for a chick? This is that, but IRL.”
This person did see one benefit to the hair ring, saying: “It is, of course, both atrocious and revolting, but it can also be destroyed far easier than the average monstrosity which we are normally subjected to in this group.”
