Supermodel Helena Christensen shows off her cheeky side in a purple swimsuit
HELENA Christensen is back to front critics who said she was too old to flash flesh.
The Danish supermodel, 50, continued her cheeky run of form as she posed in a purple cossie from her brand Staerk & Christensen.
Helena, who shared the snap to Instagram, was last month called “tacky” by former British Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman, 61, for wearing a lace bustier.
The journalist said: “It’s possible that she just panicked when faced with a themed party (this was denim) and thought that turning up as the madam in a one-horse town would fit the bill.”
“But it’s more likely that she did it to show she’s not past it.”
She also said Helena should “call time on Ann Summers style” and added: “Something you wore at 30 will never look the same on you 20 years later. Clothes don’t lie.”

Helena’s A-list pals leapt to her defence with fellow supermodel Naomi Campbell scolding Shulman for her “cheap shot”.
Canadian model Linda Evangelista, 53, added: “She should be ashamed of herself. You are a goddess.”
But Helena continues to model beachwear and negligee for the company she co-founded with artist Camilla Staerk.
