Coronation Street’s Sally Dynevor denies soap is in crisis as she confirms she is NOT planning on leaving
CORONATION Street’s Sally Dynevor has denied the soap is in crisis and confirmed she is NOT planning on leaving.
The star – who plays Sally Webster – appeared on ITV’s Lorraine today where she was quizzed about the chaos on the cobbles after seven actors quit the show.
Lorraine Kelly said: “Can I just say, I know there’s been a few people leaving Coronation Street…
“Can you just nail your feet to the floor. You’re not going anywhere.
“We don’t want you to go anywhere.”
Laughing off the question, Sally said: “Oh no, Lorraine I am so happy.
“Everyone says about all of this, but it’s so not true.
“Everyone is really happy. I don’t know where this story has come from.
“I am nailing my feet to the floor, I’m staying, if that’s OK.”
Last week Lucy Fallon became the seventh Coronation Street actor to announce she was leaving the soap in just three months.
