An ISF statement released Sunday evening asserted that the agency had discovered audio recordings of conversations between the father of Hassan Toufic al-Dika and a doctor in which the two agreed to organize a medical report in favor of his son … to the effect that [Dika] had suffered bruises as a result of being tortured.
