Aston Villa plan promotion swoop for Chelsea loanee Abraham

Aston Villa will try and sign Tammy Abraham if they win promotion to the Premier League.

The 21-year-old has bagged himself 26 goals for Villa this season, including a penalty in Saturday's Championship play-off win over West Bromwich Albion.
