Eden Hazard has won the Premier League playmaker award after the Chelsea star claimed one assist ahead of Bournemouth Ryan Fraser.
The Belgium star, who started from the substitutes' bench in Chelsea's 0-0 draw with Leicester City on Sunday, May 12, has been presented with the prize for 15 Premier League assists this campaign.
Interestingly, Hazard’s total assist for the season saw him topple his closest rival Fraser, who did not get any assist in Bournemouth's three goals during Cherries' 5-3 defeat to Crystal Palace.

The pair of Tottenham's Christian Eriksen and Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold were tied on third spot with 12 assists each – with the Reds star creating a record as a defender in the Premier League era.
At the last count, Hazard has been repeatedly linked with a switch to La Liga giants Real Madrid during the summer after another good season for Chelsea the Blues, which also saw him netting 16 times in the EPL.
In addition, Hazard bagged three more goals in the Carabao Cup, alongside a solitary assist in Chelsea’s Europa League campaign.
The Belgian star also ensured Chelsea will return to the Champions League next season with two assists in a 3-0 victory over Watford to seal a top-four finish in the Premier League.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Eden Hazard has reportedly retoriated his desires to join Real Madrid this summer.
The Belgian attacker has been heavily linked with a move to join Los Blancos having failed to sign a contract extension to remain at Stamford Bridge beyond next campaign.
Hazard scored 16 goals and 15 assists after 37 Premier League appearances this campaign - and he was crowned the Blues best player of the season last week.
SunSport reports that the 28-year-old admitted: "I have made my decision. Yes, I told the club a couple of weeks ago."
