Britain warns US-Iran conflict could break out 'by accident'

BRUSSELS (AP) — Britain warned Monday that conflict might break out "by accident" amid rising tensions between the United States and Iran, as U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo held talks with European Union powers backing the nuclear deal with the Islamic republic.
