Nando’s adds new salad and sides to the menu – and they are perfect for summer
DINING out at Nando’s doesn’t have to be unhealthy as the chain has just launched a range of new salads and vegetable sides.
There’s a Greek-inspired watermelon and feta salad, as well as a new Fino side dish of roasted sweet potato and butternut squash which sounds amazing.
There are three new healthy salads in total, and four new side dishes.
The refreshing Watermelon And Feta Salad features grilled slices of watermelon chunks on a bed of baby spinach with black olives, cucumber and feta.
There’s also an updated version of the House Salad, which contains cos lettuce tossed with crunchy cucumber and mixed baby plum tomatoes.
It’s then topped with olives and mixed chargrilled peppers.
There’s also a super healthy Grains ‘n’ Greens salad which features mixed grains, beans, corn, spinach and long stem broccoli.
All the salads are big enough as a main on their own.
But you could also have them with a PERi-PERi chicken breast or two chicken thighs for £3.30 extra.
There are also new Regular and posher Fino sides, including long stem broccoli, and a smaller version of the Grains ‘n’ Greens.
