I wonder if Mbs insistence on using a small player pool could actually dissuade talent for signing for us.

Would very much doubt it as most footballers want to play and they know that Bielsa won't simply buy them as a squad filler. They know that with us they will get games. Lewis Baker for example if he'd stayed with us would have likely have got a few games due to the injuries in midfield and Saiz leaving.
