Armenian, Azerbaijani FMs conduct brief meeting in Brussels

As part the ministerial summit dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the EU Eastern Partnership Program (EaP), the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan had a brief meeting in Brussels.

''A brief meeting was held on the sidelines of the summit. Ministers [Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov] squeezed hands; no official negotiations between the Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations are being scheduled,'' the Foreign Ministry's press secretary, Anna Naghdalyan, told Tert.am on Monday.

The summit, bringing together top diplomats from the EaP member states, is being held under the leadership of Frederica Mogherini, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
