Party boy Tyson Fury vows to drink Vegas dry after destroying Schwarz in heavyweight showdown
TYSON FURY has promised to drink the bar dry with his fans after knocking out Tom Schwarz in Las Vegas.
The Gypsy King is fulfilling a childhood dream by stepping into Sin City for the first ever time to take on the undefeated German at the MGM Grand Arena on June 15.
The 30-year-old, who makes his fourth comeback fight following three years out of the ring, admitted that he made a promise to himself as a child that he would only step foot in Vegas if there was a fight on the line.
And now the lineal heavyweight champ is ready to make the most of it.
Wearing a tailored shirt covered in legendary heavyweight icons including Muhammad Ali, George Foreman and himself, he said: “I know for a fact, thousands and thousands of people are travelling to Las Vegas.
“It’s making me very emotional that people are turning up to watch me fight. And by the way I am partying with the fans afterwards.
“The Gypsy King fans will look forward to Vegas for an epic, memorable night. Especially for me and my family. I’m sure we’re going to drink the place dry.

“It’s been a long time coming, I’ve never been to Las Vegas.
“I’ve refrained from going there over the years more for the fact that I made a promise to myself when I was young that I wouldn’t go to Vegas unless it was for a fight.
“30 years later and I’m finally getting the opportunity to fight there. Los Angeles was one thing but the big fights happen in Vegas.
“Lots of iconic fights have been there so for me add my name is another tick off the list.”
On Mental Health Awareness week in the UK, Fury looked in terrific shape as he admitted he is loving boxing more than ever.

After hitting rock-bottom with depression and drugs, Fury has lost 10 stone on his way back into the ring.
He added: “It’s been an amazing comeback journey and year. This is my fourth fight back now, something I’m really enjoying as an athlete, a boxer and a person.
“I really love my job at the minute, more than I’ve ever done at any point before.
“I used to think boxing was a chore and I would train hard for a fight then put the weight back on afterwards.
“But now I really enjoy what I do. I’ve been in training camp for eight weeks, I’m looking forward to it.”
