Braze ons

I have this decent bike it is a Raleigh Record Ace from the 80s, a bike for the British market. I am considering getting either this one or another one similar to it gugieized. What braze ons would you put on.
I am thinking center-pull studs,
another set of water bottle bosses on the seat tube,
remove brake bridge and install seat stay fender brace,
remove top tube brake housing holders and add housing stop front right side and tube for brake cable around the seat lug to center pull straddle cable clamp,
fender braze on on rear drop out,
rack mounts on the seat stays,
spare spoke holder/chain slap protection right side chain stay,
tire pump studs left seat stay,
remove above bottom bracket shifter cable guides and put brass tubes under bottom bracket for shifter cables,
move chainstay RD housing stop from top to bottom of chain stay.

For fork,
center-pull studs
mid fork rack mount
fender daruma
Dyno wire guide (just in case)
