Top model Naomi Campbell sparked major rumors after sharing a specific post on her Instagram account. As the runway model enjoyed galavanting through the streets of Lagos during her trip to Nigeria, she took a break from her voyage to post an update on Mother's Day. Herein, the model subtly announced her possible transition into motherhood by posting a photo of herself carrying a newborn baby. The caption tied to the photo involved a few heart emojis. While the latter resulted in a flock of rumors surrounding whether or not the 48-year-old was now a mom, the starlet quickly eradicated the chatter with a timely statement.
According to Page Six, the child Naomi was seen holding in the photo is not hers. A representative from Campbell's team issued a statement on her behalf with regards to the sprouting rumors, further confirming that the model did not give birth nor adopt. Instead, Campbell took a photo while visiting an orphanage for abandoned children in Lagos. Hence, apologies to those who were excited by the news, but Ms. Campbell does not have any children.
