The Delhi Police on Monday charged the owners of Hotel Arpit Palace, Sharad Indu Goel and Rakesh Goel, along with two of their employees, with culpable homicide not amounting to murder for the February 12 fire tragedy in the Karol Bagh hotel which killed 17 people and left 21 others injured.
