Spurs scout attended Roma vs Juventus to watch £35m-rated teenager – report
Roma starlet Nicolo Zaniolo was watched by a Tottenham Hotspur scout over the weekend, according to reports in Italy.
Zaniolo, a 19-year-old attacking midfielder, has been linked with Spurs already in recent weeks after emerging as one of the brightest young talents in Serie A.
Reports suggest he is also wanted by Manchester City and Juventus, but it appears Tottenham are watching closely ahead of a possible summer move.
As relayed by Sport Witness, Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira claims a Spurs scout was in attendance to watch Zaniolo as Roma beat Juventus 2-0 on Sunday.

The teenager started but wasn’t among the goals, receiving a yellow card towards the end of the game.
Roma may have just increased their chances of keeping Zaniolo by beating Juventus – their victory took them to within a point of the Champions League places.
Tottenham will definitely be able to offer potential signings Champions League football for next term, and their progress to the final could make the Londoners an even more tempting proposition.
However, interest from Juventus and Manchester City could scupper Spurs’ chances when it comes to Zaniolo.
