Report: Spurs considering summer move for West Ham United player
Tottenham Hotspur are rumoured to be considering making a summer move for West Ham United’s Arthur Masuaku.
The defender has another year to run on his current deal but the Hammers have an option to extend by a further twelve months.
Masuaku has impressed after filling in for first-choice full-back Aaron Creswell which saw him limited to making only twenty Premier League appearances this season.
The Sun claim that Spurs are on the lookout for another left-back due to the uncertainty of the future at Danny Rose at the club which would leave Ben Davies as the only senior option available for selection by Mauricio Pochettino if Rose was to depart.
Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund are also said to be keen on the Congolese international who moved to West Ham in the summer of 2016 from Olympiakos for which was understood to be £6m (Sky Sports).
Pochettino has already revealed that talks with chairman Daniel Levy over his and Tottenham Hotspur’s future will take place after the Champions League final where it is assumed transfers will be high on the agenda (Telegraph).
