TORY WIPEOUT: Conservative Chairman concedes MEPs have NO CHANCE in European elections

THE TORIES are facing a total wipeout at the European Parliament elections in just eight days time after the Conservative Party chairman is said to have conceded its candidates have no chance of winning a seat.
