Kim Kardashian reveals she has called new son Psalm West and shares first picture

Kim Kardashian has shared the first photo of her fourth child with Kanye West and revealed the bouncing baby boy's name is Psalm.

The 38-year-old reality star took to Instagram to share a screenshot of a text message conversation with her 41-year-old husband.

In it there is a snap of the newborn with a caption seemingly revealing the name: “Psalm West”, the Daily Mail reports. 

Last week the family happily welcomed the child via surrogate as the bouncing baby boy weighed in at 6 lbs, 9 oz.

The couple are already parents to daughter North, five, son Saint, three, and daughter Chicago, 15 months. 

The name Psalm is of Hebrew origin and means song. It was the 2,874 most popular name according to Baby Center.
