Marine vet charged with killing kitten; Lawyer says he has PTSD from Black Hawk Down episode

Marine veteran Peter J. Rice's lawyer said in court that his client recalled going into Somalia to "extract" fellow troops after Black Hawk Down, and that during the operation "comrades of his died." That experience led to his PTSD, the lawyer said.
