Report: Spurs interested in £1.7m striker and may have already bid
Tottenham Hotspur and Mauricio Pochettino have always been ones to invest and put faith in young talent, with the likes of Harry Winks, Oliver Skipp, Kyle Walker-Peters, Luke Amos, and more coming through the academy in recent years.
However, it has been a while since a young striker has come through the ranks at Spurs, with Harry Kane being the last notable one.
According to L’Equipe, Spurs may now be looking outside of the academy for a teenage strike sensation, as they are interested in young Haissem Hassan.
The 17-year-old striker plays for Chateauroux, and although he has only made two appearances for the French second tier side this season, he has apparently caught the eye of two English and two Spanish sides.
