Philip Green's battle with shop landlords as he seeks to reduce rent and close Arcadia stores

The tycoon is seeking a company voluntary arrangement (CVA) to reduce rents and close dozens of stores as total sales slumped 10.5 per cent to £1.7 billion in the year to last August.
