Our goal is to provide the possibility of realization of the electoral rights of all participants in the election

On 30 April 2019 the member of the CEC of Russia Valery Galchenko through a videoconference took part in the second All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Improving the legal culture of participants of the electoral process.”

Valery Galchenko expressed hope that the results of the fruitful work of the participants of the conference will be used in the activities of all the organizers of the elections to improve the legal culture of the participants of the electoral process. “Our goal is to ensure the exercising of the right to vote, both active and passive, to all participants of the elections. We must provide our compatriots with the most complete and reliable information about the modern electoral system and the electoral process. Information should be available for each category of citizens,” said the member of the CEC of Russia.

The second All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Improving the legal culture of participants of the electoral process” was organized by the Election Commission of the Stavropol Territory together with the North Caucasus Federal University. The conference is attended by the organizers of the elections of the North Caucasus and Southern Federal districts, representatives of regional authorities, as well as the scientific and expert community.
